3. User-Directed Social-Media Publishing
Connecting a social-media account does not give ListShark ownership of that account.

- Identifying your connected account
- Displaying Pages or profiles you are authorized to manage
- Preparing a draft post

Information you submit for an AI-assisted feature may be processed by service providers that help us deliver that feature.
We do not use LinkedIn API data to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models. We do not provide LinkedIn API data to an AI provider except where necessary to perform a user-requested feature, permitted by LinkedIn’s requirements, and protected under appropriate contractual and security obligations.
AI-generated material may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing or otherwise using it.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
A. At your direction
We disclose content and related information to a social-media platform when you direct ListShark to publish or upload content to that platform.

LinkedIn data
Upon your request, disconnection, or closure of your ListShark account, ListShark will delete LinkedIn API data collected on your behalf, including LinkedIn member identifiers and OAuth access tokens, except where retention is legally required.
